Meet Ana Teresa! She is a good friend of mine, and the first one with whom I tried to make something more serious about photography. Please, please let me know what you think about it!
Today I was happy when I noticed that I could be able to post some new photos again. However, as I said before, I am not having too many opportunities to be outdoors with my camera because I have been really busy studying last days. Still, I hope to get some free time this weekend (I have been trying to convince my friend Ana to take our cameras for a walk early in the morning ^^). What I wanted to say is that I miss photographing out of my house and also focus my camera on someone else, besides me or other usual things.
Hope to have fresh news soon! Until that, I wish you enjoy the photos below.
When I selected the photos above - taken in some of hidden places of my house - it reminded me Linda Martini, which last album is named "Casa Ocupada" (occupied house). Well, let me introduce them: they are a Portuguese alternative rock band (my favorite!!) and their success has been grown since their first appearances in summer festivals, in Portugal. Fortunately I already had the opportunity to photograph them during some of their concerts, so I will post some of those photos in a future post.
Until that, I don’t resist leaving here one of those amazing songs. Hope you like it.
You can show them some love - and also know them better - on:
Today I felt the need to post a photo which drives me to another place beyond my bedroom, and the other usual places. Something as a breeze that gives me some comfort and allows me to feel everything which goes in my head right now.
So I found this one that I took some days ago in my backyard.
About the song, I feel it like a quiet and soft whisper on my ear. I dont like to much the video, but try to focus only on the melody. It feels better with eyes closed, believe me! :)
Today the posted photo also serves as a pretext to show you another of my favorite song/band. Every time I hear this one, it really inspires me and just gives me an huge willingness to travel and let my hair floating out of the car window - just as the girl does at the beginning of the video. I miss the spring so bad!
About the photo, well I believe that at some point, it fits on the video-clip atmosphere. I hope you like both.
Feel free to ask anything. *
And here it goes "A movie script ending" by Death Cab for a Cutie.
There has been lots of rain and cold weather lately where I live... (Well, the cold weather seems keep on and on...) As I am in exam season at the university, I can`t complain too much because it would be worse if the sun was teasing me all the time outside! :) But who does not miss sunny days once in a while? So, as I have been very busy studying, It has been hard to go out with my camera and improve my skills (now I sound like a gambler speaking ahahah) However, when the sun peered into my window some days ago, I could not resist to a few clicks! I just take a few because my books then called me to reality. So, today I just leave here a self portrait (kind of) from that sunny afternoon. Hope you like it!
